We refurbish parts completely - we disassemble parts as needed. We take off all layers of paint down to the bare plastic, prepare the parts for painting in several steps, then paint them with several coats of our hard touch paint that won't get sticky again. We etch the graphics on the parts with the symbols by our laser, assemble the parts and send them back.

Thanks to the paint we use, we can guarantee that the parts will not stick again.

Yes, for parts that are often cracked or otherwise damaged and no longer available from the manufacturer (or are not available separately and are just part of a larger unit), we have decided to start making new parts. We also strive to improve each such part, whether it be in material or functionality.

It normally takes 3 weeks for a complete refurbishment. During the winter months when we are swamped with orders this time can be extended by a week or two.

We keep each order separate from the others throughout the refurbishment process, so you will always get your parts back.

Thanks to our technology, your buttons will remain backlit after the refurbishment.
