How it works

  • We primarily focus on Ferrari and Maserati cars, but we can also help you with some of the interior elements of Alfa Romeo, Audi, Lamborghini and Porsche.

  • In the parts list for each model, you can filter by whether you prefer to refurbish your part or buy a new part from us. One order can be a combination of both options.

  • If you wish to have your parts refurbished, the estimated total price will come up in your cart. We will give you final confirmation once the parts for the refurbishment have arrived. Only if they are broken or damaged by previous unprofessional repair would we have to increase the estimated price slightly. You pay nothing at the time of the refurbishing inquiry; we will invoice you once the refurbishing is complete.

    Ordering new parts works like a classic e-shop purchase – in the cart you can see the total amount and the shipping price, and you have the option to pay by card or bank transfer.

  • We use the international shipping services of DHL and FedEx.

    One-way shipping means that you send the parts for refurbishment to our address or deliver them to us in person. You only pay for the shipping of the repaired parts back to you.

    If you choose two-way shipping, a courier service will pick up the parts at the time you choose and deliver them back to you after the refurbishment.

    For new parts the shipping price is determined for each item according to its dimensions and weight. If you are ordering multiple new parts, we will only charge you shipping once. Once payment reaches us, we will ship the new parts to your address.

  • The first step is to disassemble the parts. If you don't dare to do it yourself, ask your service centre for help or use one of the service centres in our network. All parts must then be carefully packed. It would be a shame if they were damaged unnecessarily during disassembly or transport. In the case of two-way shipping, a DHL Express courier will pick up the package at your address; otherwise, it must be delivered to our address.

  • Now it's finally our turn! We will inspect the parts and confirm the price of the refurbishment. We will disassemble them, clean them and carefully remove all layers of paint. If necessary, we will repair cracks and other mechanical damage. We will apply a hard touch lacquer with a silky smooth finish that never starts to get sticky. We will create precise graphics and use a laser to transfer them to the parts – we don't use stencils or stickers, so the symbols are sharply defined, the same as in the original, and the backlit parts remain backlit.

  • Once we are done, we will send you an invoice by email. After you pay it, you'll get a package of parts that you won't recognise at first glance – the difference is really dramatic. Simply reinstall them and enjoy the sight of your car's perfect interior to the full. Plus, you can be sure that our parts (refurbished or new) will never become sticky. How is it possible?
